Who We Are

FREEE Recycle Holding Limited is a UK-based holding company focused on developing, operating and investing in Integrated Recycling and Manufacturing (IRMs) Companies in Africa. The company aims to operate as a central hub for all global operations and setting up an operating subsidiary company in the UK.

FREEE Recycle Holding currently holds 100% Ordinary Equity in FREEE Recycle Limited, our flagship subsidiary in Nigeria. We plan to expand our recycling footprint by setting up additional subsidiaries in key African nations such as Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Ivory Coast (Côte d’Ivoire) and Rwanda. Each subsidiary country would comprise of recycling hubs, manufacturing facilities, production and manufacturing facilities, administration offices and Research and Development Centers to drive innovation and sustainability in waste management.


In October 2021, we introduced the FREEE Recycle Holding Franchise Scheme, allowing individuals and companies worldwide to join our waste tyre recycling sustainability program. Through this scheme, FREEE Recycle Holding will establish operating companies in strategic African countries, while franchise partners will operate under the FREEE Recycle brand, expanding our impact and promoting sustainable practices globally.

Our Nigerian subsidiary, FREEE Recycle Limited, operates a state-of-the-art tyre recycling, rubber mat production, and tile manufacturing facility located on the Abeokuta-Ibadan Expressway in Apata, Ibadan, Oyo State. The facility spans 2.5 hectares and is equipped with cutting-edge technology to transform waste tyres into valuable, eco-friendly products. A dedicated team of seasoned professionals oversees daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
